In my last newsletter, I revealed the new cover for The Watcher of the Night Sky. Thank you to everyone for voting and giving me feedback. I deeply appreciate it. In case you missed it, here is the old design and the new design for book 1:

The designer and I have been back and forth since my last letter trying to get the 2nd cover done. And finally, here it is:

I really love the illustrated images instead of the photos for the covers. All three covers are using illustrations from the same designer, so I feel that they are matching far better than the last covers.
The new cover for book 1 has more star wish vibes than it did before. And the second cover has a falling star/falling blue fire feeling to it along with the forestry surrounding the edge, which I feel matches the story better.
Book 3 cover is in the works and will be released really soon! Once that is done, I can get on with the e-book relaunch (paperbacks will have to come later)!
In other news, I am now on chapter twenty-nine of Tiger and Thistle, at about 90,000 words and rising 😮 It’s been read by my awesome writing group with each completed chapter, then edited based on feedback, so the finished novel is not that far off completion!
That’s all for now,
Stay Gold,
Rachel
